Ratch-Lao buys stake in Saendin Water Supply Project

On 19^th December 2018, Mr.Sahachthorn Putthong, Managing Director of Ratch-Lao Service Co., Ltd., and Mr.Pheutsapha Phoummasak, President of Asia Investment, Development and Construction Sole Co., Ltd. (AIDC) signed a share purchase and shareholder agreement for Saendin Water Supply Project.

Under this agreement, Ratch-Lao Service Co., Ltd. purchased 4.8 million shares accounted for 40 percent of total share in Asia Water Sole Co., Ltd.
